OcUK Health Seekers: Post your progress pics

My chest looks pretty poor there where as its actually my strongest and most complimented area, picture does it no justice really. Lower abs is a struggle for me, something i've never really achieved and i can only think my BF% isn't low enough or being 5"5 genetically i may never have good lower abs. Still not happy with my legs and shoulders more than anything.

Thanks for the compliments guys, Mirin' them arms Freefaller.

For those interested a little bit of a transformation, slow process and looking forward to a good ole bulk again soon.

Wow, thats some transformation dude! Keep working at it and Im sure the lower abs will fall into place how you want them eventually. Aye, everyone dreams of having those big capped delts!

Thought I'd post in here to keep track of my progress. Been training for 6-7 weeks now and pretty much changed my diet. No refined sugars, chocolate, biscuits. A couple of times I've gave in and had a little treat but I used to go through so much it was ridiculous. That's one of the hardest things I've done in my life :o Mainly eating chicken, tuna, fruit and veg now.

Joined a gym 2 months ago and been going nearly every day as well as playing football twice a week.

One thing I'm not doing is I'm not eating enough but I'm not sure if I actually want to put on anymore mass. I'm happy to keep going as I am as I feel great :)

Anyway, only picture I have from a while back is from an Ice Bucket Challenge. Any Boro fan will recognise the guy on the right of the first pic. ;) and another picture from today.

Like I say, that's only after 6-7 weeks. Looking forward to see what I can achieve over the next 6-12 months

You won't magically turn in to Arnold over night, don't worry.

If you don't want mass, what kind.of.training are you doing? Are you looking tondo some sort of strength orientated programme at all?

If I was you I'd be looking to up the kcals a little a put on some lean mass, at the moment you're in danger of just hitting the skinny fat stage as you don't appear to be carrying any real lean mass.
This would have a much more dramatic effect on your appearance than just endless cutting.

Hey guys thought I'd share my progress with you, pictures from 1 to 2, are about 4months apart, in that time I literally just did cardio with a small amount of weights and got annoyed with myself I wasnt changing much, pictures from 2-4 are 2 weeks apart each, keeping calorie and protein intake high with lots of water and small amounts of cardio, 99% of time in the gym is spent lifting.
