OcUK, I'm confused and worried

The few times I've had to RMA something it's been quickly dealt with and pretty much spot on. I order stuff it arrives next day. The staff are really helpful and friendly. There really isn't anything to complain about.

I've had to RMA parts a couple of times and has always been hassle free and quick. Can't say the same of some other suppliers I've used in the UK.

I buy all my PC parts from OCUK because i know if i have any troubles with the parts there RMA's are so quick and easy it's a beautiful thing to see :D

PS:
PM me the discount voucher :P

I've bought two systems from OCUK, and believe me, you will be amazed with the care that has gone into developing your computer(s), and the price for the system is at a brilliant value, so don't pass up the chance of getting an OCUK system.

I've been using OcUK since about 1999, any time I've had a problem (ie, item turned up and didn't work) it's been replaced with no problem. I've spent thousands here over the years and will continue to do so :)

I don't think it's possible for any company to get by without making mistakes, we're all human and from time to time humans make mistakes. It's how they deal with mistakes that makes a difference, and the only time I had a problem with an OcUK order, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Can't ask for more than that really.

Hi guys,

Long story short, I am planning to order a prebuilt gaming pc from Overclockers.co.uk today, however last night I stumbled upon reviewcentre.com and ciao.co.uk, both of which had good and bad reviews, the good ones were really good and the bad ones were really bad. I'm left thinking how is this possible, in their webnotes replies their always polite and helpful, I know the common case is most people go on review sites to rant about awful service, etc and that people who get no problems and everything is fine tend not to bother writing a review, but I'm worried now, what do I do if the pc turns up and a part isn't working, etc. I'm not a computer tech genius. Also wondering what have all you guys experiences been with them.

Many thanks in advance.

Most of the reviews are fake posted by banned forum members.

We ship over ONE THOUSAND systems per month for a reason. Trust your instinct :)
How many other companies could you post on the forums and get the owner as a first response to reassure you........

Think that in itself should remove any doubts you have.

I once ordered a load of parts and a football CD pouch.

Parts arrived fine, but the pouch never arrived despite an email or 2 :(

1000 systems per month, wow. How many man hours does that eat up building and testing

Stunned, I really didn't think that many would get sold.

Of the many parts, components and peripherals I have ordered from OcUK, I have only had to deal with a return on a single item; a quick webform was filled in and responded to in an hour or two and a fully working spangly new replacement was with me as quick as the courier could carry it.

You cannot ask for anything more*

*although this cup of tea is fast becoming an item of jealousy for me

:p
