Thankfully, it turned out only the screen protector was broken on his iPhone 6. The body is bent slightly but it's otherwise fine.

My knees were feeling awful on Sunday evening/Monday - have started to feel a bit better now. I've never had knee pain before from cycling, so am hoping it was just being completely out of practice, as most of my recent rides have been 15 minute commute blasts, with about 2 x 50 milers under my belt earlier this year.
Thoroughly enjoyable day though, would definitely be up for another one soon

Good news about the phone! I guess the iPhone 6 deserves some kudos for surviving a car going over it.
My calves have just about fully recovered today.
