I wouldn't recommend doing any super exciting builds in the Unstable Land area - it will be getting reset fairly frequently.
it's now-where near it, im sure iv'e seen some whilst walking to my build.

Hi all,
Got kind of a question/request and obviously would like to run it by people first to make sure I/we are not taking the mick as its quite a big build we are planning. Myself, Finalb and Phosgene1974 would like to make a small town called Randomville!!! We have kind of an area in mind but just wanted to make sure it wouldnt be in the way or interfere with anyones idea/projects or that it is too close to spawn etc. (we obviously will not move any closer towards spawn area, especially as there is a castle on the hill and we could ruin the view from it, we are hidden behind the hills there.
We are going to include a night club, a player maze/trap thing and an F1 Racecourse on carts!!
This is the general area we are looking at, which is quite near spawn
@JMiller and owners of buildings in springfield.. as we can see you on the mini map we will make sure 100% we will not be in view of you guys or build in area you may want to expand in, so we wont go much further than the circled area (though im sure we will a bit towards the bottom half area of the circle). Maybe one day if enough gets built they could meet and make a biig city type thing, but obviously only if everyone is happy with that.
so yea, just a post really to throw it out there and make sure nothing gets done to upset anyone

Comes close to my new build area due south of the circle, but should be somewhere nice to visit when I get bored with my own build!
