Our own development team is on the case and will be making changes to support this quicker than waiting for bukkit. It's our #1 dev priority atm so we're talking days not weeks for a fix.

Of note our lead developer is also on the dev team for bukkit and we are committing our own company dev time to help speed on the development of it as a replacement for hmod.

I've logged in to the second server on the first page.

I'm in a little house near where I spawned? got some crafting table things one next to it and one inside, it's getting dark and I'm lost and confused :(
 
It's all a complete mess at the moment Tummy as we're not on our normal server as it's not working at the moment. On our current server the area where you spawn has no monsters and is lit up so you will feel safer. :p
 
Minecraft Beta 1.2_01 (less bugs, more framerates)
This update affects both the client and the server, but the server update isn’t mandatory. I highly suggest updating, though.

* Fixed various blocks acting really weird when placed (rails, torches, and more)
* Optimized performance
* Added a new painting that we forgot to include yesterday
* Reduced spawn rates a bit
* Fixed a whole pile of lighting bugs
* No more ghosts at night
* Added a temporary fix to get rid of chunk visibility errors

The last one is interesting.. The problem with chunk visibility errors was that for some reason the “dirty” flag on chunks and the list of “dirty chunks” got out of synch. There wasn’t time to try to do a proper fix today, so I just made the client check a couple of dirty chunks per frame to make sure they’re in the list.

So until we fix it proper, you might get invisible chunks, but they will fix themselves after a second or two, usually way before you even get close to them.

Well it's a lot better when I start a new world on single player but on one of my old saves its almost unplayable. Oh well! :p

Edit : Just thinking to myself how bizarre a purple tree looks, then remembered I'm using a texture pack d'oh! :D
 
Just building a little house near the spawn as I've nothing else to do.

Will be on here until the other server is working again :)

I don't know how to make signs or anything so... haha

I was on the old world yesterday but haven't bothered to downgrade again since I got the 1.2_01 update forced upon me. Link me to a downgrade and I'll do it again.
