Delete all files inside your bin folder apart from version and then place new files in.

no, no idea. ive not been on there. the current carto still shows it, but maybe the one windle was uploading earlier hasnt finished yet? if it's just moved then you might still be able to find it with the new carto, otherwise... ? pretty weird
