um....did i make a mistake by updating? I can no longer join the linktart server

server wont be updated for a few days.

crap is there anywhere i can download 1.4?

EDIT: found a 1.4 download it but when i run it it just executes 1.5, how do i get rid of 1.5 now? aggh

1.4 MINECRAFT.JAR

1) start>>>>run>>>>>%appdata%

2) bin>>>>Delete minecraft.jar

3) paste my mc.jar into it

lol FT needs to wait for the Bukkit (server wrapper peeps) to update their code.

Feel free to use my custom 1.4 minecraft.jar, which has Misa's texpack, with GLSL effects, such as bump mapping, wavy trees, far depth of field and specular effects.

are you using the new client? if not its prob a 1.5.jar

NOTE: i just tried my 1.4 and it didnt ask me if i want to update :S but to update just remove the minecraft.jar or force an update

Yay!

Booted up MC, it auto patched to 1.5 and promptly crashes. Lame.

Changed the jar file back and.......................crashes.

can somebody upload the version file for 1.4? i want to try something

thats what happens when people use the old launcher. there's no need for it anymore, imo

RUN>>>remove .minecraft

download minecraft agin from minecraft.net

use my 1.4

NOTE THIS WILL REMOVE YOUR MAPS AND ANY MODS/TXT PACKS YOU HAVE INSTALLED

I wouldnt worry, they'd have done that anyway when auto-updating.
