I see where you're coming from but yours is a special situation seeing as it's father and son on the same server.

Perhaps i should adjust my statement to "I'm starting to think the server needs an age limit unless the young one is supervised by an adult"

I think people are more concerned with the 15-16 year olds that all know each other IRL and have friends they vouch for that would find it fun to grief other peoples work that they have used their free time to build. And also that friends using their accounts have access to the server even if they are not white listed that can cause trouble as they don't have the shame of being known in the forum community.

I personally do not care what age people are on the server. As long as they have agreed to follow the rules when they ask to be white listed and don't share their account with non OC friends or find it cool to go round messing other peoples work up.

On the front of 1.7.2. I haven't got toomanyitems working for 1.7.2 to try a brand new world to see if the dupe bug is working on a newly generated world will try again in a while playing a bit of Anno 1404 at the moment. Don't think it would be too great to have the update on the server with such an easily exploitable bug, easily duplicates diamond and tnt to massive amounts in a matter of minutes.

I agree with you but as you know my brother is a dick and likes to greif. Seeing as i go to school and he doesnt it is hard to keep control over my account if i leave it on password remember when it continually crashes

I doubt it will make a difference whether it is or isn't. Lag is the only thing that might break it, I don't have a non local 1.7.2 server where I can spawn the items in to try though.

Edit: It's working on a local mc server aswell. The seed block is invisible but it does still create a massive line of duplicated blocks.

I have dodgy internet available... I'll see if I can get the server updated tomorrow sometime. Apologies for the slowness - moving house is quite a time consuming process.

I still don't think updating is a good idea this item duping is too simple so someone is bound to abuse it.

Quite certain it only works in singple player. I just gave it a quick try on MP and it doesn't work (running bukkit 1.7.2)

edit: scrap that does work - don't update just yet
