Right guys this is getting silly! Can we all just forget whats happened, weve got this nice new town and the community is only getting stronger so lets stop with the griefing. Also for peters sake in order to stop any bad feelings what about some of us getting together to help rebuild his home and set up a fund to get his stuff back? We really dont need this on the server so lets just all get along and help this new town flourish!

That is perfectly possible. If he hasn't logged in since he may well have thrown his toys out the pram and bawwwed off the server permanently.

Thats a possibility i hadnt considered actually. Guess we shall just have to see, however if it turns out it wasnt pete i do think a group of us should get together and help.

Where do I go to get stuff for my house so I don't get eaten by a monster?

Where can I build? From what I can see I will have to walk miles to find some land / trees etc.

That's a community build for new people to learn the ropes, press T and ask for help, they're usually helpful. There is a chest for starter tools in one of the buildings. I wouldn't go wild with it though.

As per the rules, just find a spot that isn't heavily populated and start punching trees and picking stone.
