OcUK Motorbike Meet 2012 *Interest and ideas*

Breakfast at "The Ponderosa" this morning and then on to Ryhl and then back home. About 200 miles in all.
Was a bit cold and foggy first thing this morning, but it soon cleared to nice sunshine.
It looks like the weather caught the speed camera boys on the hop along the A5, not one to be seen anywhere :) Of course, there was nothing to catch us for................speed limits are there to be observed. We "observed" each one and carried on :D

I Could Meet you in Hinkley :P as im in Leicester myself.

However Riding a Ktm 125 Duke (On L's) :S with all the big bikes up in the list i think ill get lol'd at. Torn between doing and not going.

4T5 is on a 125 if I remember correctly and I don't think he's the only one. So you should definitely come.
 
Yea Its on my mind really bad :P. Only ever been to one Ride out with a couple of mates Never crossed my mind much as i didnt have a fast bike etc. However this looks quite fun and enjoyable. Wether i catch you up in Hinkley or getting to to Nuneaton isnt a problem for me. Am i okay to sign this as a Maybe for now and ill let you know bout a weekbefore. (Still running the bike in)

Don't be silly, of course you won't get lol'd at. All of us had to start somewhere. The most important thing is you are a biker, so just enjoy.

Note to All.
The meet point The Long Shoot although listed as in Nuneaton is actually just tuther side of Hinckley, It's a bit confusing when people mention the Hinckley meet & the Nuneaton meet as they are Both the same place. :p
 
Those 125 dukes are seriously cool bikes! Come along, im in Leicester too so will be meeting in Hinckley.

edit: The longshoot is all of 7 miles from me :D

68.8 miles straight up the A5 for me. Google Maps says it'll take me 1h 38m. I accept that challenge.

Ill pop down on it. im in the LE12 area so its about 25miles for me. Put me up as #attending Jack - Ktm 125 Duke, ill meet you at the location

If it's the Saturday I won't be able to make it now :( The Triple is in for a major service and overhaul and I won't get her back til then.

If it turns out to be the Sunday, I should be good :)
 
Aye, could also do with confirmation of the day really if possible :) Either day suits... just so i can arrange other things around it :)
