Without testing under the same ambient temps it is impossible to do a comparison to other pastes so I would seriously take many of the results posted with a large pinch of salt. I would wage that I could get toothpaste to perform better than the best performing TIM around (whichever that maybe) if ambient temps are not stated, such is the affect ambient temps have on results.
I'm not thread crapping and it is great that results are collated from enthusiasts, its just those results could be misleading if not interpreted correctly. When I write a 'head-to-head' review, I always ensure ambients temps are the same in the room I test with. If they are not then there is little point in comparing gpu/cpu temps. A 2c drop in ambient temp does not equal a 2c drop in cpu temp so they cannot be compared 'like for like'. Efficiencies in temperature transfer are not quite that easy to translate I'm afraid.
This isn't to say IC Diamond isn't a great TIM, I've heard many good things about it and could well give it a go myself and credit to the OP for collating the results, skeptical as I am
