*** OcUK Powerlifting Totals Thread ***

Will be a close to xmas when I test my rep maxes again. I hope to beat all of them and get a video too :)
 
My squat wasn't on a smith :) I think FF might have forgotten to remove it when he updated as my previous PB was. Not that I'll be beating it anytime soon as I haven't gotten anywhere near my PB's in a while!
 
I tried to stick 5kg on my DL this morning but it just wouldn't get above my shins! I was really irritated until I realised the last time I pulled by PB I was 22lbs heavier.
 
Eish, need to 1RM to keep myself in the top 20. Although I've beaten the DL and Bench already, will update again after another 1RM :D

I agree. I don't think I ever got videos up of my biggest lifts, but once I'm back at max lifts I'll do some more recording. If nothing else it helps to have critique on my form.

Totally agree. It would be great to see some of these epic lifts. I only have a video of my 160 bench press which I'm not 100% happy with. I'll be nailing it after I've finished the 5s.
