*** OcUK Powerlifting Totals Thread ***

Aiming to improve my DL over the next few weeks. Haven't gone for ORP's max the past few months either. Problem is I dropped 11kg in body weight since my last big lifts due to increased cardio and not eating 6 times a day any more. I'll see what I can do.

Hey guys no 1RPM PB but smashed by REP pb,

Normaly deadlift 190x4-5 with a belt...

Smashed out 190x10 raw last night (no belt), after bench session which i got 130x5

Then spent ten min spewing my guts up! - Not a all out sesh unless your spewing at the end! Well happy 190x10 raw :) :)
 
Awesome lifting mate. Would be excellent if you could get some videos as I'm sure everyone could benefit from seeing your technique.

Ok bud, we are planning a max effort day next tue/thur... Max bench/squat dead in one sesh....

Ill get some vids then - but i only got a crappy blackberry as my work phone so wont be best quality...

Aiming for 600+ - so wont be amazing or new total but aiming for 140 bench (bad shoulder :() 220 squat 240+ dead

I don't think we need a video for those stats :P

I have let my deadlifts and squats suffer for a while. Though they are now rotated back in and I am hoping to increase my squat and deadlift by 10kg each by Christmas.
 
Got my max squat and deadlift this week :D Also increased my bench by 10kg! :)
Stats are...

90 / 115 (B) / 90 (B) [69] - 295

Next time I come round to doing it I will try to get someone to take a pic/vid but its hard as I train solo, not like all these people taking to each other taking up equitment :-/
