Nope. Tbh I think technique is what's wrong with my pressing, that and over compensation to protect my knees lol



Indeed, need to get back under 125. I can really feel these extra kg's lately and with mince pie season about to get under way it's not good lol

i've never push pressed (from rack) a heavy weight without being scared of dropping it. I can do that in our unit though so that might take some of the pressure off!

Will take some working up to, will see how much time i have after log :)
 
My push press isn't too bad. I can push press about 110kg which is nearly 20kg more than I weigh. OHP though - no chance! :p I've done 115 I think before. However my cleans stop at around 130kg :( Not done them in a while actually, might have to do some at deload!
