Ive kinda said ill do it, its just the wilks table id worry about
It's a precalculated sheet, so you just add the lifts and wilks sorts itself out
If not the formula is easy to slap into excel
Create a new thread with the updates, then worry about Wilks later.
Wilks is quite easy.
Use that, as I'm presuming all the people doing this are men.
We could add a fancy bit where you could put in gender as well, and it actually works out wilks based on gender.
Then do some snazzy stuff in excel (I'd ignore anything after a decimal point in excel to make it simple)
It'll do it all for you.
If you want, send me over the spreadsheet once it's done and I'll put in the formulae for it.
Or if I get bored tonight, I'll put it together and email it over. Doubt it'll take long.
The spreadsheet is already done - just need to send it to you as I did for Tom.
Well if he's up for it ill take over for as long as i can, i yend to have spare time i the evenings to do it every so often.
