Tefal, been to a physio yet? Did you post about this before? If not, describe the location, sensation, and what seems to aggravate it.
 
Wilks is quite easy.

Use that, as I'm presuming all the people doing this are men.

We could add a fancy bit where you could put in gender as well, and it actually works out wilks based on gender.

Then do some snazzy stuff in excel (I'd ignore anything after a decimal point in excel to make it simple)

It'll do it all for you.

If you want, send me over the spreadsheet once it's done and I'll put in the formulae for it.

Or if I get bored tonight, I'll put it together and email it over. Doubt it'll take long.
