Kicked this idea around in another thread, will serve as a reference for us to see where everyones at, and hopefully also as an incentive to beat the guy above you!

Post your best 1-Rep max lifts for each of the following:

Bench, squat and deadlift. Add up the totals. If your weights are in pounds, I'll convert to Kg. State your bodyweight aswell.

If people are using belts/straps then say so, if you can deadlift 190kg with straps but only 170kg without, then we're more interested in the 170kg without so that we can compare like with like.

I'll start us off with my measly lifts, it will be the only time I'm top :p

Flat barbell bench: 125Kg (haven't tried 1RM for a while might be 10kg more now)
Squat: 170Kg (:()
Deadlift: 190Kg (still struggling with 200kg).

Total: 485Kg
bodyweight: 94-5kg


No straps or belts.

I've never tried one rep max's myself, but that bench seems absolutely immense compared to your other lifts!

I can deadlift 130 for one rep I know that much, but struggle to bench 80. Fairplay, thats some crazy strong chest you've got there :)

Edit, rough approximation's to keep the thread on track:

Bench - 75kg
Squat - 110kg
DL - 130kg

Total - 315kg
Bodyweight - 76kg

To create a level playing field...

Total:Bodyweight ratio - 4.14:1

Yea my chest has always been strong, it's my favourite muscle to train. When I first started out in the gym I never trained legs or lower back. In fact I never did deadlift or squat up untill a year ago, so they are weak for that reason. I've always focused on my chest as it adds good size to me, and thats the reason I go to the gym, to get bigger, as I'm generally quite skinny otherwise.
 
I reckon squats and DL will be 200 by the end of march for me. I'm making some fantastic progress on there - I've started to hit them hard now. Not that much into powerlifting really, but been doing more incline bench which is so different to flat. I'm REALLY impressed with your 150 - I can only dream of that at the moment.

Powerclean I'm stuck on 105kg so yeah you'll win that one - but you're winning all of them so far :p

Pigeon Killer is fast catching up to me, and admittedly I do have a lot more time to spend conditioning myself than you guys do, that and I have the bonus of having an NFL trainer follow me around oh and I have a meal plan where I can eat 24 hours a day! So you guys are doing pretty good!
 
You just rinsed me oddjob, You have an IMPRESSIVE squat, do you play any sports?

Played rugby at school, and then football (American) at Uni (NT/C), twice playing for the national student team.

And i hardly rinsed you... Lb4Lb you have me well beat.

PS: i'm not sure why, but my head always leans to the right when i read your posts ;)

Lol what? 150KG bench yet only 140KG Squat and 160KG Deadlift?? you not train your legs much? I can bench like 110KG max for bench 1 rep yet for Squat I could probly manage around 180+KG. And deadlift for 1 rep around the same as yours.

Just like you can lat pulldown 170kg+? :p

And whats this? You can lat pull 170kg but only squat 180? Poor show :p
