OcUK Powerlifting Totals

Right by the end of March I have to claw another 15kg - I reckon that's doable :D It would be nice to be on the 500kg group.

Impressive lifting from a lot of people - there is a bit of a gap between the middle and the top 3 - I need to make sure I shorten that gap! :p

I'm further impressed by the lack of belts/straps!
 
Bench = 180 kg

Squat smith machine = 220 kg done this for a week to see what i could do never again much hatred.

Dead lift = 190 kg done this for a week to see what i could do never again much hatred.

Total = 590 kg
weight = 140 kg
Height = 5'11

What i really like to do is seated row, fortunatlely i have a home gym so i can stress out any of the equipment without some nob moaning at me like at the david lloyd leisure centre. I can seated row a max of 330kg 3x6-8 reps with straps and one arm row 110kg 3x10-15.
Lat pull downs 180 kg 3x6-8 reps with straps, one arm Lat pull downs 3x10-15 with straps.
Shrugs 310kg 3x6-8 with straps and belt, Curl bar 70kg 3x6-8 reps, Dumbell curls 35kg 3x10 reps. Barbell military press 120kg 3x10reps.

Ive thought about doing amateur strong man stuff $loth but i dont have the confidance. I forgot to add i do leg presses 650 kg 3x3/6 reps and Front leg curls at 110kg 3x6/10 and reverse leg curls 50kg 3x6/10 need to work on that.

using the online calculators for 1rm for bench, other 2 are old but my maxes.

Bench: 122.5kg
Squat: 170kg
DL: 210kg

Total: 502.5kg (woo just breaking into the 500+ group).
Bodyweight: 118kg

My bench is supremely crap imo, but it is going up.

Tank - impressive lifting, damn impressive tbh :cool:. Is the reason you do squats on the smith machine because you haven't got the equipment for doing it without?

Lord no i really am not a fan of deadlifts or squats i generally dont do them, just wanted to see what i could manage i dont trust my back to be honest doing sqauts freely, although my house mate does the mini power house:D.

You should do more deadlifts and squats. They rock :cool: :D Someone like you could get some very very good results, and develop huge improvements in strength and power IMO. :) Either way that's good going.

Thanks Freefaller but i'll leave the dead lifts and squats to you guys i hate them with a passion :D.
