Tank - impressive lifting, damn impressive tbh . Is the reason you do squats on the smith machine because you haven't got the equipment for doing it without?
Lord no i really am not a fan of deadlifts or squats i generally dont do them, just wanted to see what i could manage i dont trust my back to be honest doing sqauts freely, although my house mate does the mini power house.
You should do more deadlifts and squats. They rock Someone like you could get some very very good results, and develop huge improvements in strength and power IMO. Either way that's good going.
