Really?! :p

That's why I've stated push press in the totals ;)

Haha, FF you should really come to my gym sometime, help school the insctructers and people here.

Last night the one instructer was giving an obviously new to exercise guy a list of stuff to do.

The poor chap has to do more than I do in a week. It's mental he's just starting. :(

Also they confused PushPress with Shoulderpress, also shoulder press machine is better for back then pull ups. I was so confused when I heard that.

Oh well Just smile, add another plate to the belt and get doing pullups :D

Everyone has different experiences though - unfortunately what works for one person may not work for another. However, there are still some basics to get right, like getting the names of exercises right for a start! :D

OJ, if you can shoulder press without pushing then I'm happy to count that, but clearly you'll be able to achieve a bigger weight with a push press. :)

Wrist wraps allowed of course - but in the interest of being standard across the thread if you just let us know if you use them. :)

I'm not talking about shoulder press.... that's a COMPLETELY different lift in my book, i'm talking about the difference between push press and a power jerk.

Push Press - Leg drive, no second knee bend
Power Jerk - Leg drive with second knee bend

Ah sorry I thought you meant behind the neck press vs push press!

Clearly they are 2 different movements - I'm just talking about push press for that league table. :)

Happy to create another table for the power jerk.

I think this is going to be one of those things, you cant stop people doing the power jerk without them realising they are doing it.
I bet most people think the power jerk is no different, until you point out the additional movement of the knees.

Its like trusting that people know how deep a squat is and accepting that all on the list are hitting parallel at least :)

I'm starting to think I just wasn't trying hard enough until now :D So here's a little update.

T1Cybernetic -------- 80 / 130 / 150 -------- [100] ---- 360

Those 3 lifts are all for reps too 5x5 bench and 5x5 squats 6x1 deadlifts (+1 because I was feeling lucky) Anyway I am still steadily going up on my stronglifts journey ;) Which is getting tough by the way  But I am still loving it.
Also I bought 2 more 20KG plates (I now have 185KG) total weight + bar so that I can finally progress a little more, I really did underestimated how much weight I actually needed when I made my original purchase of 105KG.
