I need a little update please ;)

Starting to feel the strain now !!! I've stalled on a couple of lifts :eek: I think I need to sort out a proper diet in stead of (Eat anything and everything that doesn't move) Totally happy with my progress though so we'll see how it comes over the next few weeks.

"EDIT" Just realised it was 160KG Deadlift ;) not 155.

I weigh 81.9kgs. All my weights are on an american camp so the gym is in lbs so will convert.

Bench 245lbs, =111.1 kg
Squat 355lbs, =161 kg
Deadlift 420lbs =190.5 kg

Total=462.6 kg

I've updated you DS - anyone else need updating?

I need some updates, I broke my PB bench today, got 110KG quite easily too, I think I could probably hit 120 next time I go. Also 160KG squat and 170KG deadlift. I'm 125KG now as well. :D

Bodyweight - 82kg to 85kg, day dependant


All raw
Squat (belted) -210kg Will probably hit 215kg very soon (hoping to get 225kg before too long, which will set a new world record with the BDFPA)
Dead (chalk, no straps) - 235kg
Bench - 135kg
Total - 580kg
