Hey Gibbo, really tempted with the Strix 970 on the black friday deals but the postage is killing me on it! Have seen you authorised a free delivery for a fellow noob forum member, any chance i can push for the same? I know its cheeky but will order it today if you can sort it! Cheers

Gibbo - a competitor has Gainward GTX 980 PHANTOM 4GB Overclocked (Maxwell) Nvidia PCIExpress in Stock for £359.99. Any chance of a 980 to match that pricing (as you obviously don;t sell this model)? I'd like to buy from you guys but there's a significant saving to be made on that card (which gets good reviews, is overclocked and runs quiet).

Not matching, even at that price they seem to be struggling to move them.

If your looking for a cheap 980 its a good deal, its just that particular card is a poor seller.

Thanks for coming back so quickly on this - you can't win them all I guess - it's a £50-60 saving on an equivalent card, so very hard to resist.

Edit: sorry been posted above, very tempted given free game which is worth £20 plus free shipping plus the phantom cooler I love.

Well, that's what they had the HD7990 for, and two months later they were going for £600 used, on that basis I shall buy six as an investment and some Litecoins XD

I had one of those Phantom 980's for 3359 in my basket, buy the time I came back from checking with the OH, it was sold out. It has to have been the best bargain around, it wasn't even a Black Friday deal...
