OcUK Rolling Road Day 20 @ Ti Motorsport (Stoke) - Saturday 29th October 2016

Should we all get weighed with a similar amount of fuel to compare, or am I thinking a little far here ;)

I'll be wanting to get a weight whilst as close to competition spec as I can get it, which will mean minimal fuel. Will need to balance that against making sure I have enough for the rollers though as I cba mucking about with a jerry can :p

So 15 for the RR and 6 for the weigh in so far.
Going from the results the poll where 40 people voted for stoke, I was expecting more to be fair.

An important lesson: people are far more enthusiastic when they don't have to actually do anything. It's why most protests these days are confined to Twitter, for example.

As I said, I planned to at least watch, but other things got in the way.

Things change dude, the poll was months ago.

I started the poll mid August and closed the thread beginning of September and.. that's not that long ago. Plus I was specific with the wait for TI Motorsport.

Reality is, people vote with zero intention of attending. Just like those who put their names down for meets and never show...

I don't think it's fair to say that there's only a single reality, which is apparently malicious.

While I agree that some people will have voted without any intention of going, for the vast majority what is more realistic is that in this case, with 60+ days between the start of the poll and the day of the dyno run, things may change and the day is no longer do-able. I know that's what my excuse is as I voted in August but now can't go due to work.

I'd be interested (as said in the poll) but the date is unsuitable. I'm on track on the Monday so throwing fuel and dyno money away 2 days before seems a bit silly.
