When you had a go with the Sti - that was before your proper D/pipe though wasnt it?

So yours is maybe a fraction quicker now?

I only say that cos i'm absolutely convinced mine is a touch quicker than an Sti, i just need to come across one ;)

I got it in the ear from Dangerous when he pulled out to overtake when I pulled in to let him past.... apparently I wasn't supposed to let him past! :p

I'm glad last time's RR people recognised me despite being in a bit of a vegitative state :o Also I didn't recognise Kate at first! Flattered I was recognised though! :D

Very cool vid - I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the pics etc...

The mondeo bunch STILL managed to sit together... then again I did leave my car keys with Fox for some stupid reason and had to wait for me to come back from the hotel!! :o

Black 200 is Smokes

2dr blue skyline ish is i think Bear's Nissan 200.

Yeah it was, it's a lot better at the top end now so the result i got was a bit un-expected. It certainly feels a lot quicker than the power run suggests.

Don't know of any Sti's for you to test against I'm afraid, but it would def beat one of them i reckon.

Ask Conanius to have a moan on your behalf too - you might get a free run next time or summat?

Personally i'd put £100 on your figure being short by quite a bit.

if you could that would be great, im happy to organise these things, but if we have a lil meeting on IRC/MSN or whatever with a few of the 'regulars' then we can agree on a location and date, then the others can sort of agree or whatever
what I should add however, if im aranging it, im not doing anything till april/may time (as in thats when it would be) we need to give people a chance to mod :)

To be honest I'm not really fussed about rolling road figures and hate the usual excuses etc. I just think my engine was a bit cold, also I still have a boost drop off problem just after 5800-5900rpm. The car never does well on the rollers so it's nothing new.

Definately worth a complaint under you circumstances though :)

Great video Merlin :)

Distinct lack of smoke from my TDCi though - it must need more fuel.

I'm planning a couple of mods in the not too distant future, so I'd certainly be interested in another go in the new year.
