I'd prefer that too as I don't plan on doing any engine mods over Winter as I've just promised my girlfriend that we can get new double glazing, new bed for the spare room, new sofas, 2 x new TFTs and go to New York in February so I'd better get saving!

Oh, and I just bought a new laptop about 10 mins ago too, damn impulse buys!

I didnt take any pics, just had the vid camera but people were snapping all day long so they'l surface soon enough.

basically, a lot of people who ran in the first meet either hadnt managed to get their mods done, or didnt intend to run because they hadnt done anything worthwhile. The other reason is ill have my new car by then :p

Another top day, cheers Gareth for organising it, my word that vette was loud :eek: Had to laff seeing the PS guy lock himself inside Simons car, and Gillys face too seeing his clio hit the redline :p

Was OK with my result but a bit confused at first as to why they were using the rear rollers, then found out after about the problem with the front ones :rolleyes:
 
Just got back from my "cultural" weekend in Amsterdam ;) , sounds like a good day was had , hopefully if there is another then I will be able to make it

vid downloading now so will watch that in a few mins

TBH although the engine in mine is more powerful, the car weighs the best part of 1.6 tons and although it still pulls well up a hill, the sheer weight of the thing hinders it somewhat.

You were *just* about holding me up, but that was it.

MAJOR thanks to demon, totally appreciate the use of the carpark mate, forgot to get you a pint for that :rolleyes: made the event a million times easier, esp with the apparent crime in the area
