OCUK Sandy Bridge, SB-E and Ivy Bridge 5GHZ Club

Hey

Yup, kak can get you far. Epecially, I find, in interviews :D

no room for shrouds, its an antec 180 case so its crammed in there as it is. Could maybe fit a 240 rad in there with a dremmel though

On a side note, if I did buy a new block, my current tubing is mostly push in fittings. The tube is 10mm outer, and 8mm inner. What do I need besides the EK supreme block to carry on using this tubing?

It comes with no fittings, so I'm lost :)

So how many members do we have now~? Im looking at one last kamikaze to sub 7 seconds. my best so far at 5203mhz is 7.19s but i've switched back to the MSI. long term=better board.

Cheating a bit well not really....call it giving yourself the best chance.
Close any running programs i.e. virus checker, firewalls, cpu-z,temp monitoring, etc etc etc they all steal milliseconds away from super pi

98c!!!! Brave man, still it's worth it to see that magic 5! What vcore did it take? How stable was it?
Was solid as a rock volts were 1.4 and i only ran 3dmark06 3dmark11 and heaven 2 then clocked it back down to 4.5 gig.

Ive ordered a water block from OCUK and its on the van this morning so that should sort my temps out.

Just got EK block and built up my h2o kit and the temps are now great.

before with my Zalman cooler and cpu at 4.5 gig prime would send the temp to 75c just done a quick test now and it hit max 53c running prime and idle temp was 26c now its 13c.
