I wonder if the next tourney should be a 2v2, with the top players from the 1v1s picking one of the exiting players from the group stages and so forth.

Could be fun :-)

THIS.. sounds like insane fun :p

next tournament should be a 2's one :D Winners paired with people that drop out sooner.

could make it BO 3 knockout untill the final or something. can imagin this being quite fun! :)

I was like that, I sucked bad. I think I won 1 out of 7 "Free matches"

Then did my placement matches and won 1 out of 5 I think. Then got in bronze league and won 1 out of 10...

Now I'm sitting top 20 in gold with like 44 wins 35 losses. I came back in a big way. Some days I'll win 7 loose 2. Other days I'll loose 5 in a row and win 2. Swings and round abouts. Only way to get better is keep playing.

My dts the first round did a bit of damage but were epic fail. As were the void rays. I even tried a two pronged attacked which fell over miserably.

That last game I was banking on wiping out your base before you got mine so I put all my resources in to attacking you. I got quite a bit of your base but you got more of mine. :o

Normally it'll be 2nd group a, plays first group b, and vice versa, and the same again for c and d.

Dont know if you watched the replay but i got the gold expansion really early like just after scouting you. Seemed to work out well my macro couldnt keep up :D

I saw that well late. I sent a probe to do the same thing mid game, but then realised you had it. :D I should have sent something over early game really to check but you live and learn!
 
chk4, nex20, are either of you guys going to be around for a game tonight?

I'm well out of practice so might be a good time =]
