But if byou win and I by some miracle I beat nex20 then it's going to be funny!

Haha, ouch.

I can make excuses, but it comes down to the fact I just played bad. Threw precious units away, made bad decisions (feedback instead of storm), I like completely didn't macro at all, and I forgot units were even there (a void ray chilling in the middle of nowhere).

My strategy was fairly sound in retrospect, its execution was very poor.

But we may have to play again very soon (if we need to playoff with a 3/3/3 tie :)) so we may get a chance to try it all over again :D

yeah it happens i got a few games that i played so bad that watching the replays makes me facepalm at myself...
 
Yea sometimes I watch my replays and I have epic face palms I'm like seriously wtf... Like before I could micro forgetting to set a rally point from my CC and then going back to my base after I got 10/11 SCV to find 3 SCV chilling outside my CC -.-

Also loads of other serious epic fails -.-
 
My biggest replay fail so far is me keeping building supply depos and queueing them up even though I have had 200 supply for a while lol

I have this tick - no supply block! hehe

Well my main issue in our game was basic mechanics to be honest, more so than anything else. I mean at points I had like over 2000 minerals...

I get the same. I do stupid things like.. Build a Expo and forget about it. Stop building units when attacking, forgettings to build SCV's etc etc...

Group Three's completely up in the air at the moment. As soon as all of the matches are finished, or we hit saturday, i'll post the quarter-final matchups.

Just looking at the groups and who is likely to progress, looks like we're going to have progress:

4 Protoss
3 Terran
1 Zerg

Now group 3 there's a game left between scott and minato that will decide the final slot but it's pvp so we'll have 3 terran and 4 toss. Didn't expect that, gonna have to brush up on my pvp :)

*edit* actually I really wanna see the scott minato game it's going to be epic I think =]

It'll be interesting if scott wins and tashohnie wins in group 2, because you'll have players on the same points.

In our group (2) we would have all beaten each other so there's no clear precedence would we have to have a play-off?

Whoever wins out of scott and Minato willl have 3 points, matching Nerusy. So there'll be one playoff match to decide who gets top spot in that group.

In your group, if cHk4 beats nex20 then we'd have a 3 way playoff. Most sensible way would seem to be that each of you would play one game against each other player until a clear first/second is decided.

Ah in group 2 case that makes sense. I thought in group 3, since scott beat nerusy in their match, he would go top on account of that and similarly nerusy beat minato. It'd be pretty important in their group, because whoever is top DOESN'T have to play Indie in the quarters :)

That does make sense. Whether it's minato or scott, if they are unable to play their playoff match this weekend then I'll give automatic placement based on the previous match already played as you said. As you say it's important to get the placement right :)
