Haha what a fail - this gift was from me, I suppose it is pretty rubbish if you don't get the reference... which unless you live and breathe OCUK you might not get. To worsen the injury there was no element of surprise due to the packaging fail

Oh well, wear it to the gym / paint the house in it with pride

My SS totally surpassed themselves, whoever you are, you are an absolute legend:

The ominous box... this thing was packed like a beast!

Here are the contents... a selection including a secret envelope "no to be opened before xmas" :eek:

I'm not kidding, this one had about 10x layers of wrapping on it. It was practically bullet-proof!

Inside was a collection of tasty treats! You can see I already have consumed most of the tasty 'hot-tamales'

Now all that was left was the secret envelope.....

!!! A years subscription to national geographic, my favourite magazine! This totally blew me away, on the back it says I will also receive a national geographic fleece and a series of maps with the magazines. Wow, what a treat! I'm always bleating on about how much better this is than new scientist... SS you did some great research with this one, what a thoughtful present.

Hah!

Na, its tradition in my family to get up have a big breakfast and get dressed before any present opening. Usually happens around 11. I'm a big fan of traditions like that. Also, my brother has to work today so were not doing present opening until tomorrow.

Though, I just woke up, staggered into the kitchen and poured a gin and tonic! ;-)

ive not opened it yet mate, my flat mate took delivery of it and stashed it away for me.. he gave it to me about 3 mins ago.. im taking it un-opened round to my mates where im having xmas dinner with 3 buddys and shall be opening it at the dinner table

thanks mate for whatevers inside, il post the pics later when i get home (probably late tonight/early hours tomorrow am)

Epic Secret Santa is Epic

Here are my presents

Thought I would start with the card

Which made me smile, then more so when this fell out!

I played the demo of this back in the day but never got a chance to play the full game!

Then I opened this which is exceedingly cool!

And then my SS made christmas with this

little internet smiles and words cant express how awesome my SS is

Well I got up today, had my breakfast after snooping in this topic on my phone. Got the gifts opened and I'm very happy with my SS gifts. Thank you SuperTroNarwhal (you were one of my two guesses on who my SS was

)

Unopened since it arrived early December

Wrapped up tighter than a block of cocaine on its way from Columbia and just as suspicious!

Some festive wrapping along with a note *Spoiler inside* (could tell this was from a bloke already!

)

Batman on Bluray.....as per your note, no i dont have a bluray player but I think in the new year when i buy myself a house I'll treat myself to another electronic gadget so I can watch this / get a bluray player for my PC.

Finally the note themed with Batman and some suggestions on what to do with the included £5 (try shift 3 on your keyboard to get the £

) So as a nice extra Christmas gift for noticing that Jake aka Phate owes me £5 from when we met on a OCuk photography meet I will change my sig and hopefully Jake will notice that he has to thank you for wiping out his debt

Glad Cleeecooo enjoyed your gifts. Since i couldn't find too much on you beyond watercooling stuff I decided to get you something I thought was pretty cool along with something for you to munch on as well
