Same for Sensei esports that you are tying to swap with. Quick google shows they are clearly not UK based.
ah, quite right you are, a quick google of one of their ign's shows him to be czech republic based. the whole of the supremacy team are french based so not sure why they are still being liseted.

Do steam profiles show location? Can we verify the locations of all the players in any way? Or is it a case of prizes won't be shipped out of the UK?
i know they said that's what will happen but it's just as easy to look up their ign's on google and see where they hail from

OCUK deffo said prizes will not be shipped outside the UK and will be checked.
that's not much cop if you're one of the teams that gets knocked out by them.

just to be clear the inclusion or exclusion won't affect my teams chances, we are only participating for the fun but if the rules state UK based only i fully expect the obvious 'blow-ins' to be removed before the event start

edit:
We'll be shipping the prizes individually to the winners and we will only ship to UK Addresses.
as above really, that's not much consolation if you get knocked out by a team that shouldn't be competing in the first place.
i know it's relatively easy for player to hide their locations but in the case of supremacy and at least one from the other team it's very easy to identify them as non UK so they shouldn't be invloved to begin with.

I agree - what's the point in having a clear rule that states UK based, but yet allow anyone to join from outside.

As @Thekwango says - won't affect my teams chances as it's a bit of fun, but still seems odd to completely ignore your own set of terms and conditions/rules.

Kwango what makes you think I want you in my match?

Fully agree with your sentiments regarding UK based participants, but you’re wasting your breath - they’ve made it adubndantly clear they’re taking no action over this.
