I was the same but really love the multiplayer mode, the standard songs become good again when you have competition.
I wonder if you can play online with custom songs?
Currently no, in fact you can't play any multiplayer with the modded version. I have no interest in multiplayer thankfully, just me vs the wife scoreboards.
Oh thats a little disappointing. I hadn't got round to re-modding my beat saber yet to play the custom songs I have, but you're saying I cant even mod it if I want to keep multiplayer?
Nope, and they don't think it is likely to ever be possible, which makes sense, no online multiplayer games allow modded versions, that would be too easy for people to start cheating in.
They really need to make adding custom songs standard then.
Does this apply on the PC modded version as well (does the PC version even have multiplayer or is that quest only)?
I wasnt sure if custom songs on PC needed a mod at all, I had the impression that it worked by default there, and the modding was more for customer sabers and lighting schemes?
My understanding too, and even if you did need to mod it, at least on PC you can block the game from accessing the internet.
So confused - if you have a custom song installed on the PC version can you still play multiplayer?
I bought the steam version for my Q2 and runs perfect. Haven't tried any custom stuff, just the campaign and some MP.Has anyone used Quest2 to play the PC version of Beat Saber yet? If so, how was it?

You're better playing the native version as there's much less latency - unless of course you already own it on PC and don't want to re-buy.
I used the glasses spacer as although i dont wear glasses i felt my eyes, face were touching the lenses. I read that a lot of people were having the same issue and using the spacer helped and it does.
