So whats the price on this thing?
We won't know until pre-orders go live at 4pm. It's just guesswork at the moment - £350 upwards.

It's tempting to pre-order just in case it's a repeat of the Apple Pencil (they sell out and then foolish impatient people start paying double/triple the price for them on auction sites)

Oculus have announced the pre-order can be canceled with no penalty, payment is only taken when they ship it.

They still sell quite well, im not selling mine at all. I doubt it will become a collectors item as there will be nothing to play on it in the future (unlike the consoles of old) but I cant live without it for months.
