Holding off until the likes of VIVE etc come to market, I think second generation is when I'll jump on board as £500+ is a bit too dear for my liking.

First gen product at this price equals a miss for me. I'll wait for next gen with improved performance, resolution and proven software.

changed to April ship date now

and VAT is included, used a calc and works out £87.65

Also PayPal comes up with Oculus Ireland.

Tried 3 different cards, won't accept either, shipping now April so I guess that's that then. Will just wait till the Vive comes out now.

It is a silly early adopters price. Might as well get a Gear VR for £80 and then take a look at what the market has to offer at the end of the summer.
