Oculus changed this a few months ago - I think it's now in line with the Steam refund policy. Could be wrong...
Correct. UK refunds have been available since June, and they rolled it out world wide a few months later.
Finally got the dash beta installed (I had to reinstall home to get it to install), and I like it a lot. Have had a few bugs here and there, but in general it's fine.
Been playing a fair bit of elite since the 3.0 beta went live and forgot how great it was in VR. I had a go without VR and found it really frustrating that I couldn't target a ship simply by looking at it.

Wait.....you can target a ship by looking at it? How do you do this witchcraft?

When you look at a ship the square appears then press target ahead. Make sure no ui panels are open otherwise it won't work.

Ahhhhhh ok, makes sense. I think I do that already without realising.
That's exactly why it's really frustrating playing in 2d!
Just noticed that Dimension Hunter is £1.49 on Steam - bargain if you want a highly stylized arcade shooter. I picked it up last year and really enjoyed it for what it was.

What version/model of rift should I be looking at buying? See a few different revisions, googling is looking like a bit of a mine field
You want the Oculus and Touch controller Bundle. ie the rift which comes with the seperate controllers, two sensors and games, price is around £400.

You haven't actually described your problem very well, such as what you're expecting but isn't happening (I'm not going to second guess you on this). And you haven't described with what software exactly you're having problems, "when I'm using my Oculus Rift" is not quite specific enough.
Also, you can modify the properties of each of those graphs and adjust the maximums. The problems with the memory clock for example would be more easily seen if you were to change it to say from 7500 down to 1200.
