Mods (over)reaction in the other thread = golden.

As a long and upstanding member of the comunity how do i pledge my support to this new wave of moderation?

It's not how I wanted things to go down, but at that point it was out of my hands!

Voicing your support in your sig seems to be being cracked down upon as current leadership seems to be feeling the pressure, so other than that your simple voicing of support is more than appreciated in these trying times.

Discontent in motors whether it be posters, topics or moderators is nothing new. It will blow over, some changes might happen, some might even stick for a while but in a few weeks / months it will be back to the status quo.

Sorry to break up all the hurf love (good reads btw, I almost wish you'd not be a mod so the amusing campaigning continues for a while :) good luck), got a quick question...

Any of you lot know where you can buy a litre oil container to keep in your boot and top up yourselves? I just mean a container, not the oil itself.

Can't find 10w-60 in 1 litre form and I've thrown all my old 1 litre tubs away. I'm just after an easy pour/easy measure sealed container for the car but I have no idea if such a thing exists. Cheers :)

Also, should I start a new thread for small silly questions like this or is this one fine?

The M5 isn't going through oil is it? :/

Halfords sell 10w60 in 1ltr bottles.
Unfortunately my local one doesn't, they said they didn't even have any 10w-60 at all until I asked them to check in the back and then they only had one in there which he said came in 10 mins ago

Nah not at all, I've just been reading that it can vary between a litre every 700 miles or every 2000 miles so thought I'd keep some in the boot just in case.
