a 1tb 2.5" hybrid doesn't make any sense.

They do make sense if you know you will not need 2TB as from what I have seen a SSHD (at least the Seagate ones) are faster and are generally at least as fast as a 1TB 7200rpm drive.

I managed to fill up my 500GB hard drive but I was able to clear out 200GB just by deleting games I knew I wouldn't play anymore, a significant portion of my remaining data was Destiny crucible clips which I kept but to be honest I may as well just have got rid of them as well. I know 1TB would be more than enough for me when it comes to replacing the stock hard drive. As it stands I wont have to worry about replacing my stock drive any time soon as I lost all my data when I sent my PS4 in for repair.

I don't mind deleting data on my hard drives as I've had to do it for years now due to having laptops with smaller capacity SSDs.
