that ukranianian was sold back for 15m, so he was 10m for 1 season, madrid havent sold on any of the players they have brought in. they just got rid of old ones like vdv, raul, etc.

in comparison real madrid have spent much much more, i bet they have made a few dodgy signings also like barca did with hleb, does anyone have a full listing of all signings for the past 3 years for both clubs?
 
Barca should just scrap this beautiful football lark, buy loads of players to sit on the bench and put Big Sam in charge.

They sold Van der Vaart, Robben, Sneijder etc.

I agree with Jakeke, Barca do spend a lot on players and although its not quite up to Madrids standards for the last two seasons its still a hell of a lot.

They certainly have.

Sold Eto'o for 20 million Euros and have spent 86 million trying to replace him.

Bought some utterly pointless players for 10 million plus like Keirrison, Caceres, Hleb, Chygrynskiy, even Mascherano. Whoever is in charge of transfers there needs their P45.

The funny thing is, everytime I see someone holding a trophy or an award, I always get nervous about them dropping it.
