I am amazed Abe has bumbled his way around teams like he has, he starts well that goes off the boil yet has managed to get moves to city and now to Real Madrid just seems absurd.

C'mon Osasuna.

If Higuain wasn't out injured for a while it would be unlikely Madrid would have went for Adebayor.

Lets see how he does, but it would be surprising if Madrid buy him in the summer.

There's still a big difference between Barca and Real when you watch them. They both have incredibly talented players but Barca play better passing football than any other team in the world whereas Real play more as individuals.
 
Was said before watching Real play its like you have two different teams on the pitch. The front guys attack and the back defending they don't work as a unit.
Something Barcelona do amazingly well and to success as well.
 
Oh and another thing I find incredible about Barca is how quickly they close down the opposition. A team of Barca's quality could get complacent or lazy but they work so hard as a team. I may be a die-hard United fan but I think the style of play and club structure of Barca is the best in the world and something all other teams should aspire to. I remember reading that they spend something like 3 times as much on scouting as any other club in the world, but it really pays off; plus most of their players are Spanish.

Just a seriously impressive club right now!

Yeah that's what I mean, they may spend more than anybody else on scouting but I think that only comes to something like £10-11 million per year. That's better than spending loads of money on new players. I just think it's funny that City and Real have spent £200 million+ each on transfers and Barca still have a much better team :p
 
Its all about being brought up with the club. Look at Giggs and Scholes for example. I also think the fact that when you're sold/bought for crazy amounts of money, you're expected to live up to your price tag. Something half the Barca team hasn't had to deal with.
