There's just something about them, I step in front of one and I'm 10 years old again.I fear you do not get it....... which is fine. retrogaming with arcade sticks is not for everyone but i would not be without mine..... or my pinball.

Good afternoon Clockers,
I have been tasked to find our newly refurbished office an Arcade machine, obviously I can just google arcade machines and find one, but to be honest I don't have much (If any) experience with them.
So I am branching out for help..
We are a very diverse office With multiple nationalities and split very evenly between Male / female, so it would be ideal for it to be something anybody can pick up and play with minimal learning curve.
Any suggestions on machines themselves or reputable websites, would be greatly appreciated.
***EDIT*** Budget is up to around £700
Cheers
We had one at work, cost £2k and it just gathered dust.

its a mini. you can get a stand for it........ its not ideal, certainly not for me being over 6 foot 2. great for kids though and takes a lot less room than my full sized cab (which with hindsite if i was building again i would slim down significantly.... a job for another day i think).5ft? Is it made for midgets?
Bubble Bobble... There's a blast from the past!!As for my votes:
Joust
Bubble Bobble or Snow Bros
The Simpsons or Cadillacs & Dinosaurs
Operation Wolf
Outrun
That's why people need an emulator based one so the game can be swapped out quickly rather than a static choice like those Costco ones. This is what usually happens. They get played on then after a while sit there with nobody playing on it.
