Sainz until this year hasn't been WDC material though. It's also more that Leclerc has been underwhelming this year.

I guess all we can wish for is that Max’s frustration boils over and he DNFs or something. Lando out scoring him by 12 points every remaining race is extremely unlikely.

They need to bring back drive through and stop&go penalties too I think. A 5/10 second penalty doesn't seem to hurt much when you've managed to gain or keep position.

They seem to have stopped giving out as many penalties points as well. If it's a driving standards issue then points makes sense as they'd soon rack up 10 and have to be on best behaviour.
