Parc Ferme conditions are lifted after the end of the sprint race until they go out in Quali.

This used to be the case where after Sprint Qually in previous years the setups were locked for the rest of the weekend. The teams complained having only had 1 hour of practice and if they got it wrong they are stuck for the whole weekend.

So the FIA changed the rule for this year to allow changes after the sprint race and between proper qually.
