Read the top post, Easy was replying to me. 555BUK replied to Easy. Sayso replied to 555BUK. You quoted Sayso. So in doing so, your post could easily have been talking about me.

You get it now?.

This all stemmed from Skyrockets GTX 570 rocks post when all I did was compare the 3D Mark11 result of a GTX 580 with a comparable system to Easyrider's 6950. Both have an overclocked i7, 6GB of RAM so my point was valid and it was relating to this benchmarking program. Skyrocket just wanted to come in and stir things up, shame it worked and it's plain to see it did regarding what you said.......

It's just that I'm getting really low fps in Left4Dead with anti alias at x8. Weird....

Not bad, i'm limited to 1.138V on my PNY GTX580 and max I can do is 950, I'd love to have some extra voltage but I've seen a few GTX480 die due to overvolting so it's best I not flash the card, at least not yet. :D

What card do you have and whats the max voltage you can increase to? just curious what limits different cards have.

I have noticed that adding SLI / Xfire does tend to mess about with your max CPU stable setting a bit compared to a single card. Just something to look into as a possibility.
Physic test on 3dmark11 is just CPU/Mobo/Memory test.

it was the combined test not the physx test, just takes a tad longer to load ( thought it was hanging )

Yeah this has just happened to my friend when he added a second GTX 480 last week. I'll have to go back and overclock his i7 again. I had it at 4Ghz so do you think I'll need to lower the clock or add more volts?. It's under water.

Palit, I have a version of afterburner that seems to let me give my 580 up to 1.3v, I daren't tho :cool:
