It does not actually matter which one you have. Volts and frequency 1200w quality per card is needed. Voltage spikes on coming out of a bench where the card dumps current back are massive!!

This weekend I am gonna bench with one 1200w psu per 8 Pin connector. Seriously!!!

Why do you all think Nvidia wants no more than 1.2v per card. Its not just because of RMA its also because of the PSU problem etc etc knock on effect.

OCP on cards!!! or PSU!! I just warned you man!!!! Yes it will be struggling. Nvidia low power consumption!! NO and NEVER!! You overclock you need silly power. For 1800 on my card I needed 1500 Super Flower on one card!!!

That's nuts.

1000w Seasonic, great unit but not strong enough.

No I dont have a monitor but I know for a fact its your PSU or OVP/OCP on the card. I have tested a lot with this card. It has crazy current peaks.

Thats just insane!

Think it mainly happens when its a full on combined test, any way to determine which it is?? Like you say if its spiking it could be either or.

Oh 8Pack, theres one test in the benchmark which i know doesn't count and its the perlin feature test(ran by accident) and it will shutdown within seconds

I like it for single cards but for SLI, it just doesn't seem to gain anything.
