Nice boost Imginy. Almost 10K which is real good. I found with the 680's, the sweet spot was 450 for the mem and any higher (on either card) didn't improve scores much and sometimes even decreased scores. Maybe the VRM's are getting too hot and scaling back.

Not sure whats holding me back hold because I can a higher core clock if the memory is on stock and I can get a much higher memory clock if the core is on stock.

I'm keeping the temps below 60 so it didn't scale back but didn't seem to help.

Either way I'm happy with it and for general gaming I will just be using a mild OC of +300 memory and +70 core.

I wouldn't for benchmark purposes but if you are feeling slowdowns in games I would. Your choice but it will be new mobo and new chip so quite expensive.

It's better but way off of Rusty's score :( It's all his fault that I upgraded and he's still kicking my butt! :P

A much cheaper upgrade would be to sell your bulldozer and get the pile driver, that is if they turn out to be any good and use same socket.

The i5 is much better but the processor and board is expensive and the prices don't seem to be dropping a lot.

I'm in the same situation as you and if piledriver turns out to be good I will get one and if not I'm going to wait for the intel haswell chips.
