Well the movie itself is quite boring
and messed up a few clips on vegas
Last time I edited fraps clips was back in 2003 L2 days
I whipped this up because I wanted to try out some of the codecs.
Will try to get h.264 codec to work next time though
Some HD action and probably some PVP in there instead of boring grinding

Wow! looks really good! great choice of tracks too mate.

I got to be honest though, first time it came on I thought it looks like WoW and Plaguelands, though I know Aion's graphics are way ahead of WoW's it did look similar, is that on max detail?

Also around 3mins 5-10secs you jump/pushed back into that fence, was that lag/rubber band effect or were you pushed?

Game looks excellent and addictive too, whats the mmo community like?

That pushback is a stigma skill ranger similar to talents in wow
unique skills that you can find throughout the game.
So there is different skills for different situation don't really know how it works 100% yet though.
That area kinda look a bit boring, need to find some good scenery lol with some gliding.

Yeah the abyss is a quest/grinding and pvp zone. It also has keeps which you an raid and a few instances.

It looks a bit boring, but let me say your always looking around to make sure you don't get jumped. It adds to the excitement that you could be ganked anytime.

Assassin - Swords/Daggers
Gladiators - Greatsword/Polearm
Chanter - Staff or Mace/Shield
Templar - Greatsword or Sword/Shield

In the end, melee hold their own just ranged classes have a bit of an advantage in big battle due to sitting at the back.

PS. I am playing on my laptop with it on medium, so doesn't really show of the graphics. I'll take some nearer to end of next month with my new pc.

I think the snowy areas look pretty good from what I've seen of google images! I see about the stigma skills, that sounds decent - what other skills are there?

The only problem I got with Aion is the company behind it, I'm really hoping they aint gonna let it die a death with no content updates!

NCSoft dont have the greatest reputation for that.
 
Thats good news and in all fairness they supported CoH/CoV for years with new content.

...just until I get my new 5870 powered rig next weekend??
 
It''ll be a struggle, but im sure you could at low details.

Im using a 2.4gz, 4gig ram, 9800gts laptop and need to run on medium when loads on screen.

I'll be getting a 5870, i7, 6gig completely new rig next month.
 
Logged in this morning to level my Spatalos main and discovered I have the bug where my character wants to auto-run backwards all the time unless I have a UI window open. Numlock stops the character moving until the next key press. Seems a few people have the bug on the official forums. :(

I had a similar bug where, when i logged in my character constantly span anti-clockwise. Was only solved by restarting the whole pc, not just the game..weird.
