I've been grouped almost nonstop since about level 3

I've played them all during beta, but for release I rolled a Cleric and a Gladiator.

I suppose that's what I get for rolling on a different server from you all.

Going to jump back on my Assassin now and play for 1/2 hours.

I get home at 3.50pm and the queues have been about 860 on Spatalos at this time. 20 minutes later and the queue is down to 400 so maybe max wait of no longer than 40 mins is not too bad as I do need to eat/change etc.

But if you are trying to get on after 5pm then the queues are 2000+ (already up to 1350 at 4.15pm).

I looked around for aghes trying to get a cheap key but the cheapest is £30

I bought mine on sunday worked out to £27, its gone back up to £30 now though.

2hrs left in my queue so far, im loving the game so far, but the queues are driving me mad

Everyone complaining about the queues, but no one is willing to make the queues quicker. Boggling, some peoples logic on here.

I don't complain about the queues because I'm not one of the people in them

Technically, as with all games where you are allowed to play on someone elses server, they can ban you for whatever they want, they reserve the right to restrict access. If they were to deem a players actions were detrimental to other players i wouldnt for example be surprised to see a suspension put in force, its what i would do if i was in charge.

Fortunately, i'm playing the game when i do the emote so i can enjoy taking a dump in the toilet with the thought im shaking my ass in game....hmm that just doesn't sound right does it...lol Well my point is, by pressing a button they gave me to use in the game, technically it's not detrimental to other players in the game....if it was they would have put a timer on it like the cheering emote....so im just using what they gave me.

I do find it somewhat ironic that in your post you complain about queues on the one hand, yet on the other take great glee from the fact that you got people to stay ingame and thereby increasing the queues (which you so hate) for everyone else.

Yes, because if you can't beat them, you might as well join them And to be honest, if it was the case like I gave above and there had to be a need to be away for a little bit of time, I would rather shake my ass in game and get to play straight away when i return, rather than waiting 2hrs 50 minutes in queue of 2.5k (which i am currently in for Spatalos)
Anyway... cancelled the subs, hopefully things will improve enough to entice me to continue paying for this game...anyway let's see what happens

Well thank god i dont take that view in games, otherwise i would be using bots, exploits, hacks, aimbots and gold buying services in games just because i might as well join them.

I prefer to adhere to the views of rather being part of the solution than the problem. Or doing unto others as you would have them do to you. Or maybe i am just too considerate that i want as many other people to get to play as possible rather than helping to keep them out of the game. I would feel mildly guilty if someone on this forum had longer to queue because i was afking for hours on end in game. Thats probably just me though

does anyone know when they are going to fix this thing about the queue? its really doing my head in paid £40 for the game and paying £9 a month and having to wait 2 sometimes 3 hours to get on, but I LOVE THE GAME.
had it friday and when i get on i play for a few hours, level 10 elyos glad

I have been playing fine all week on my main rig with the client downloaded from NCSoift but I have just upgraded my beta client on my laptop and it has all turned Korean.

It is set to English in the settings.

Nice one NCsoft you ****, can anyone help me solve this problem?


OK fixed due to downloading some random file off the internet and putting it in the aion folder.

Still a bit shoddy there NCSoft.

I would expect the queues to be all but gone before you have to pay £9 a month, quite a lot of people will not subscribe at the end of the free month after deciding they dont like the grind or the pvp emphasis

Theres a few solutions for that in this thread , but as its working fine on your main rig, can you not just copy that onto your laptop?

Nope, I am using my laptop because I am not at home. It was only a small file anyway, it is just the fact that this random bug isn't documented anywhere let alone been fixed. Good thing the kind peoples of the Internets are helpful. If it was upto NCsoft I would be downloading 6gb again or driving an hour home.

I pretty sure of this as well, this is the first free month of a newly released MMO, everyone is having fun but when they'll have to put money in it a lot of people will get back to Wow, War or whatever
