Loving the game so far ! Only started the marine, completed the first mission.

Just tried for the first time the online death match, really enjoyed it !!

Love the sounds when u hear a predator around :D

Its all good so far, just what i was expecting !

I did :D

I went home at lunch and saw it sitting on the table, unfortuantly though I didn't actually have my keys to let myself into my house so couldn't have a proper noise at it :rolleyes: :( :p
 
Played an hour of the marine campaign and quit. It's boring me tbh and i'm never that fussed with games this dark.

Glad it's on rental tbh.

Can anyone confirm that you CANT play splitscreen survivor mode?

My mate brings his 360 up here and uses my spare monitor so we have 2 360's going but got a 3rd mate coming and just checking to see if can play splitscreen + 1.

Fairly sure you cant but if anyone could confirm please!

I was playing the marine campaign, picked up a pulse rifle. Carried on a bit, went to equip my pulse rifle and the ****ing thing was gone.

This game should have been done in a left 4 dead style. 4 player co-op. Playing a game with one torch on giving 3 inches of visible game is a bit dull.

Well let's hope Colonial Marines actually gets released for the co-op squad experience.

Definitely no splitscreen unfortunately! Got my Hunters Edition through today, and although I'm loving the articulation on the face hugger, expected something a little bigger from the initial pictures.
 
Mine arrived today yet to play waiting till had my tea then gonna finish of another game then straight to this! FYI< US owners with the HE apprantly reporting broken tails on the facehugger i dont see how thou as it just rubber xD

In truth it's pretty rubbish the HE, but I'd have always of wondered what it was like had I not bought it so what the hell

I really want to finish Bioshock 2 before I get into this so the game itself probably wont get played till the end of the weekend at the earliest
 
I finally got onto the demo for PS3 and was hugely disappointed. It felt like I was playing a PS2 game.

As stated above if they did like a Left4dead game for this it would be amazing but unless someone throws their copy out the window just as im passing by then I wont be getting this.

Hopefully they have done a better job of the marines game.
 
Its getting on my bits that the target reticule is almost invisible. You cannot bloody see the thing in the blackness of the levels. They could have atleast made it stand out a tiny bit.
 
Just had a blast on the demo, pretty good fun. Played as the Marine and put down some tasty pulse rifle killing.

Predator up next, no doubt ill be all over the place.
 
Game is poo tbh.

I had high hopes for survival mode but it's dull, zero thought went into at all. Square room with you in the middle. No decent weapons, no sentry guns. Just shooting in the dark.

Such a let down. Rent it, borrow it, but do not buy this game.

The sound is the only thing alright with it, but lets face it sampling that off the films isn't hard to do.
