Yes, sort of it does with Auto.
However, why you do not use the ASUS software if you have Crosshair? Is far superior.
Have a look here about settings on 8320 with ASUS motherboard.

As for the guide, started working on it, however I have personal life also
(called XCOM Enemy Within).
Also a colleague made me an offer to buy the rig today.
Will try to sum up few things.
a) Reflash your BIOS and clear all DMI data in the process.
b) Read the AMD Overdrive manual. you will find it at the site.
c) Do not follow the bit with C1E, C6 etc. Just give it a read.
d) Turn off the Turbo.
e) Put your memory 10% more volt that normal. Raise the NB to 1.35v
f) Try to get a stable overclock by raising the FSB to 220. Lower the HT to around 2600 (12x multiplier).
g) Every time you clock run for 1 minute the benchmark with SELECT ALL.
h) If it doesnt crash. And you hit 220 FSB. Start raising the ratio 0.5 at the time.
i) Raise the multplier 0.5 and run the Benchmark for 1 minute.
j) When benchmark crashes. Raise voltage 1 notch. And repeat the benchmark. If it passes. Go to Step (i) and repeat.
j) When happy. Run the benchmark for 10 minutes. Save settings and set it to autoload.
WARNING. Keep an eye on your termps. 1.52v max with H100, no matter how good fans you have. It doesn't work at full speed the pump all the time. So when the CPU hits 100% load on 4 cores at 1.52v, it spikes at 70C+ crashing the PC before the pump goes 100%. The pump will work at full speed when it hits 68C for 5 seconds on my case.
Save your settings every so often. DO NOT SET IT TO LOAD WITH START. Do that when you feel happy with the overclock.
Note 1. Give a try also on the CCC Overdrive coming with 13.9 WHQL drivers. At everything stock with clean DMI, it clocked my CPU to 5100 at what it perceives "stock volt". It fluctuates all way to 1.525v, however the system is cooler than using brute force.
NOTE 2. Some FX83xx Black Edition, are acting kinda stupid at 24.5x. If yours does so. Go straight to 25x. If is still stupid (showing speed at 1.5-3.5ghz) then back to 24x and try to overclock with more FSB.
NOTE 3 Use ASUS software if you have Asus card. Is much better than Overdrive.
Finally. Good luck
