Thanks Guys, looks better in the flesh, looking at my tubing it seems a bit messy. The coolant is white 'obviously' in clear tubing I might add some dye to it at some point.

I've added a spot cool fan over the VRM's and a soundblaster z. Pretty much set now for a while.

nikki5974 nice overclock there what CPU is that ?

CoolBreeze how have you configured your airflow. Is the front fan intake? Rear exhaust or intake? I presume top fans are exhaust?

I have front and side panel as intake, with rear and top as exhaust.

I will be adding a fan to the koolance rad for push pull, and am toying with the idea to have the rear as intake too so everything is exhausted through the top.

Use AMD benchmark from the Overdrive Toolkit beta.

This is the first time I've seen a 8350 that can actually do something the 8320 can't. Good to see really.

So last night I discovered that the Alienware is still showing the problems it was before. So the PSU is either screwed or the actual CPU itself. I've just enabled DOCP and it turbos to 4ghz without crashing so I'm going to have to leave it. It'll be fine for what my lady has planned for it and running 3d movies and stuff for the new TV.

That needs pushing to 65C to see how high you can get. 6GHz?

5.4GHz with 1.55v locks in on cinebench dunno if 2 push more volts

My ram is going back (DSR) getting some better i hope so ill leave it for now and see what new ram can do.

love this setup tho just wished i went for the matrix 7970 when it was cheap but it was overkill for my gaming and 1 screen needs

I had a i5 2500k which could just do 5Ghz gave that 2 my son and got myself an i7 3820 which couldnt do 5GHz had SSD with them and with this chip im just on a 500gig HDD until xmas (SSD) BUT THIS FX chip seems so much faster on windows and games

1.55v is the maximum AMD allows unfortunately. After that you need volt mod.
