*** Official AMD Phenom II X6 1055T & 1090T Overclocking Thread ***

240 RAD, Dangerden Pump, EK supreme and RES. Im a bit restricted as i have a Lian li 350.

I have a 2200 Yate loon and a thin 20mm Yate loon fans, if i could fit a FAT RAD i would probably cool the GFX aswell.

i cant get 4ghz at that voltage so i don't know? Im using a Matx biostar board, its the only reason i got a 1090T instead of a 1055T.
I gave my TRUE to my mate, its a great cooler, i would be surprised if you couldn't at least match my temps.

cant post any results of my titan prism phenom II x6 system still hasnt arrived. They have had problems at OcUK in testing said had problems with throttling and cpu getting too hot and system being unstable and crashing, had to rebuild whole machine so looks like i may be getting it tomorrow ordered it monday tired of waiting now just want to see what it can do.

getting it tomorrow know spoke to one of the support guys in the forum, it was a faulty processor so replaced it with a new one and everything is fine. what programs do you guys recommend i should use to post screenshot of results?

it depends what u wanna test.

speed or stable??

btw, why didn't u build a system yourself??

well someone wanted me to post what voltage and stuff OcUK have managed to get with a pre-built system. I opted to buy one as i dont have much time on my hands as i did before to build one plus i was lazy and wanted one to be already done. The parts i would have chose anyway only thing i changed was the cooler.

oh my god 1.572v underload,:eek:

also your CPU-NB/HT are very low. even below stock.

what's ocuk playing at?

btw what version of cpu-z u using?

That's throttling under load as well, look at the Linx times and GFlops.

That is crazy volts.

And only 2T with 4GB? Not to mention the CPU-NB/HT frequency :| Whoever set that up wants shooting.

tbh it could be some background programs using the processor hence why the GFlops goes down...

example. if i run yahoo messenger while running linx my GFlops goes down from 75.886 to 72.337.

mmm blitzy it dosnt seem like its been set up well, i would have a word with OCuk to find out why they have done it.

I had to use 1.5 just using the multiplier but have got it down by upping the bus speed.

the HT and NB need to be speeded up a bit, it seems to me they have got you your advertised 4GHz but not very well.

This is the problem of not clocking yourself :( but i would expect better from OCuk :(

i just noticed you are not using max RAM on lin X try it 5 runs like that.
