I'd had a -really- long day that day, and i just couldnt be bothered to do it properly. This is why i didn't include it first time around. I'll re-do it when i upgrade my graphics card :/

i'm concerned that you have a fire extinguisher beside your computer lol

See above :P Not just that, but the cables under the desk are a fine representation of a spaghetti based combustion waiting to happen!

(tbh, I dont know where it came from)

Very pleased with the case couple of questions:

The fan filters how do you remove them or do you clean them in situ ?

The PCI blanking plates is it best to leave the ones it comes with, with the holes in or replace with solid ones for better cleaner air flow ?

Couple of pics

Push the two lugs on the filter plates and you can remove them to clean, the PCI blanking plates I am going to remove them for shiny solid ones, mainly to keep the dust out and to keep the cool air in from the front centre fan...;) any hot air will get expelled by the rear and top fans...:D Nice pic's and build *Dutch777*

Looking nice,i'm thinking of getting one of these to replace my akasa eclipse and would like to know how hard it is to remove the centre brace in the lower chamber(the one the fan fits too). The reason is i have an enermax galaxy psu & it's too long i think even with removing the lower fan it still won't fit without removeing the brace.Could someone please have a look at how many rivets hold the brace in place & are they easy to get too.

Thanks.

The centre brace is fixed to the case by four small rivets, 2 top & 2 bottom and easily accessed, how long is your enermax galaxy psu, post measurments and I will see if it will fit without the centre bracket being removed...;)

From the back of the Antec P182 to the centre fan housing is 245mm..;) You've got 15mm of work space to get enermax galaxy psu in the case without removing bracket, shouldn't be a problem, hope I have helped, any other measurements that you may require just ask...:D

Have you cut a section out of the bottom of your case.

I got my P182 bout a week ago now, looknig at your pics you all seem to have taken the bottom fan out by the psu and moved it to the top.

I tohught the fan there seemed pretty pointless so do you think i should move mine up as i wanted extra cooling for my 8800.

I will get some pics up soon for you all to see too :)

the bottom fan isn't useless. my single WD 500GB AAKS runs at 40+ degrees when left on top of a plastic RAM case when i was building it.
now, with bottom fan on LOW, the single HDD i have down there is never running higher than 35c, even after 2 hours of defrag.

BFG_9000 you traitor!

Where's you're loyalty to the eclipse? I'll never look at you in the same light again :( :p

Hi Tom84 how you do'in :D Afraid I have finally moved over to the "Dark Side" but haven't abandoned the "Eclipse" completely ;) she still gets all the love and attention she rightly deserves. I liked the look of the P182 and is just as easy to work in as the Eclipse, they will compliment each other perfectly...

I'll give you that they do look like a dream to work in especially for the cable tidy enthusiasts such as myself :p

Just can't make my mind up about the outside though, have to say I think it looks dog ugly with the door open but on the other hand with it closed and in black or with the mirror finish it does look quite sexy. When you going to provide more pics of your rig?
