What a terrible decision?!

155-7, England should wrap this up tonight or in the next few hrs.

Embarrassing for the Aussies but then it wasnt too long ago that they were absolutely nailed to the wall in India, getting whitewashed in that series.

This should be Australias 7th test in a row they have lost this year if im not mistaken??. What was once the most feared team in cricket have now been reduced to the laughing stock of the cricket world:p

It happens. Look at the 90s, when the Windies blew England away time and again. Now England are one of the best teams in the world and the Windies are a joke. Give it 5-10 years and the Aussies will be back.

Also I think David Lloyd said that the third umpire gave it out for the noise and also deviation of the ball. Ok there was a noise, but there was no deviation of the ball?? It's heading away from Agar down hill anyway, it certainly didn't alter the path of the ball

Yep i know but WI's are now starting to make some sort of comeback of sorts...won the 20/20 WC a couple of yrs ago and did pretty ok in the recent Champions trophy...spanked the Paks pretty badly:p.

I suppose all teams have their ups and downs, England had far too many so its nice to see them finally giving the Aussies a proper lesson in how to bat and bowl:p

He did and you're correct, it didn't move a micron.

Re the out decision.
I reckon it did hit the bat, Snicko is aligned best it can be but with the broadcast still only using 30fps cameras often edges can fell inbetween frames, which is what I reckon happened.

I think that's partly why its more or less been swept under the carpet, bar a miracle this is over so a dire decision isnt going to change that. Shame for Agar though, his average just got even worse.

Yeah I knew about 3rd umpires not having snicko, it was more for me, also no deviation seen, that was nonsense.

3 wickets and we can go home and rest for 11 days.

On a side note, whats your feelings on pietersen missing the next test...for me I'm not that fussed, in 1st class crickets he is on form but not done anything in the last 2 tests really. Who would you replace him with? I'd like to see Michael carberry from Hampshire. I know he isn't contracted, but he is on very good form.

Haddin out now, 2 wickets to go hehe.
